Polaris was born as a lifestyle rather than a brand, characterized by camaraderie and especially the passion for bikes and the mountain, all these aspects joined together in a company which intended to meet the need for technical and appropriate clothes to practice Mountain Bike, an emerging sport back then.
Over the last 25 years, from its location in Derbyshire, Polaris has become a really international brand, distributing its products over the main European, Asian and American countries.
Among other things, Polaris’ staff feel especially proud of supplying technical clothes and equipment to great cyclists such as Adam Bowden and Holly Lawrence. However, Polaris’ most characteristic feature is its involvement in the sport for which they produce; as they say: ” We don’t just design clothing, we ride too”.
